A comprehensive training day covering nutrition for older persons, special diets, food safety and food presentation.
Following the success of the 2014 Food Matters Workshop, Liz Beaglehole of Canterbury Dietitians is again offering a comprehensive training day covering nutrition for older adults, food safety, texture modified diets, diabetes, food allergies and more.
The workshop is designed to build on the knowledge shared in 2014, as well as introduce new attendees to the importance of providing a quality meal service to older adults in an aged care facility.
All attendees will be provided with a certificate of training at the completion of the workshop.

$265 + GST for one person
$225 + GST per person for two or more registrations from the same site or company group.
An automatic email will be sent at the completion of your registration. A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent within 72 hours of registering, to the email address provided.
If you are registering two delegates from the same site, to apply for the discounted rate, please make note of this in the additional comment section
Invoices must be paid by the 20th of the month.
Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your workshop registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $50 will be made providing notification is received by 09 June 2015. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of Canterbury Dietitians. Please notify the Workshop Organisers on email: arna@composition.co.nz.
If, for reasons beyond the control of Canterbury Dietitiions the workshop is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
